The employers must also understand this fact that breastfeeding reduces the chances of having infectious diseases. Thus, the working parents will be more regular to office because they do not have to care more for their sick babies.

If the infants are in good health, then parents will be psychologically satisfied too. Therefore, they can give more focus while they are on the job.

The transition from breastfeeding to giving solid food to your babies must be smooth so that they do not face ant difficulties.

To make this transition easy, human resource representatives must make necessary accommodations for the new mothers.

As the baby develops and can eat more solid food, moms can reduced the breast pumping breaks.

With this new initiative, a lot of problems will be solved. Newborns will be assured of proper nutrition from his or her mother’s milk.

Everyone should understand this fact that breastfeeding is very necessary for newborn babies till six months or more. The benefits of breastfeeding outweigh any other financial cost.

The weaning process should be done slowly and you should see whether the baby is comfortable with it or not. Breastfeeding should not suddenly stop as this might affect the child’s health.
